What is individual leasing?

At Chandelier, leases are offered by the bedroom. Each resident is responsible only for their portion of the rent, offering flexibility and peace of mind.

Do I have to be a student to live here?

No. While Chandelier is designed with the Ole Miss student lifestyle in mind, anyone who meets our rental criteria is welcome to apply.

Can I live with my friends?

Yes – Chandelier is designed specifically for group living, and residents are welcome to lease with friends.

Do you offer roommate matching?

Yes, roommate matching is available for residents who do not already have preferred roommates.

How do I apply?

Applications can be completed online, and our team is available to guide you through the process.

Does submitting an application bind me to a lease?

No. You are only committed once your lease agreement is fully executed.

When should I lease?

Do you offer tours?

How much is rent?

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, all residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance per lease requirements.

Is parking available?

Yes. Surface lot parking is available. Parking details and rates will be published ahead of leasing.

What are the upfront fees?

Application Fee: $150 Admin Fee: $50 Security Deposit: $200

Are there recurring fees?

Yes. Like most communities, some services carry recurring monthly fees. The full schedule will be published before leasing opens, and everything will be itemized in your lease upfront. No surprises.

Where is Chandelier located?

Chandelier’s future home is located at 426 Chandelier Ave, where our brand-new community is currently under construction. While we bring this elevated student living experience to life, you can visit our temporary leasing office at 1300 Van Buren Avenue, Suite 111, Oxford, MS to connect with our team, explore leasing options, and get an early look at what’s coming.

How close is Chandelier to Ole Miss?

Chandelier sits less than a mile from the campus entrance – a 3-minute drive – with quick access to the Square and the rest of Oxford.

Is transportation available?

Yes – Chandelier has two university shuttle stops right on property, so you can be on campus without ever moving your car.

What is Chandelier Club?

Chandelier Club is our members' collection of Oxford privileges – reserved cabanas, first access, local partnerships, and moments made only for the people who live here. Membership belongs to the first 250 residents who sign.

How do I join?

Sign one of the first 250 leases. That's it – no dues, no application. Your membership is confirmed at signing and stays with you for as long as you live at Chandelier. Full member benefits will be announced ahead of opening.
